We’re Hiring: General Manager – Collision Repair Center
Location: Liberty Collision Centers - 3363 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Middletown, OH 45044
Status: Full-Time, M-F

Are you a proven leader with a passion for operations, customer service, and team development in the collision repair industry? We're seeking a General Manager to oversee and drive performance, profitability, and culture at one of our high-performing locations.

What You’ll Do:

As General Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the entire center—including estimators, technicians, parts, and service teams—ensuring each department meets financial goals and delivers an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for:

• Full P&L management and budgeting

• Hiring, coaching, and leading a top-tier team

• Tracking and improving key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance partners

• Overseeing compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Driving shop profitability and operational efficiency

• Monitoring quality, workflow, and vehicle repair timelines

• Resolving customer issues with urgency and professionalism

• Managing vendor services, inventory, and supply ordering

• Ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

• Valid driver’s license

• 3+ years of management experience in the collision repair industry

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
