We’re Hiring: General Manager – Collision Repair Center
Location: Liberty Collision Centers - 3363 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, Middletown, OH 45044
Status: Full-Time, M-F
Are you a proven leader with a passion for operations, customer service, and team development in the collision repair industry? We're seeking a General Manager to oversee and drive performance, profitability, and culture at one of our high-performing locations.
As General Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the entire center—including estimators, technicians, parts, and service teams—ensuring each department meets financial goals and delivers an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for:
Full P&L management and budgeting
Hiring, coaching, and leading a top-tier team
Tracking and improving key performance indicators (KPIs)
Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and insurance partners
Overseeing compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Driving shop profitability and operational efficiency
Monitoring quality, workflow, and vehicle repair timelines
Resolving customer issues with urgency and professionalism
Managing vendor services, inventory, and supply ordering
Ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive work environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Valid driver’s license
3+ years of management experience in the collision repair industry
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
